LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES

As the manufacturer of the highest quality golf products on the market today, Sweet Spot Golf LLC. ("SSG") is committed to the performance and durability of our products.

Limited Consumer Warranty

Golf Clubs. With respect to golf clubs, Sweet Spot Golf LLC warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for six months from date of purchase from Sweet Spot Golf LLC for the golf club ("the six month warranty") provided (1) in the case of any golf club for which the consumer wishes to exercise the six month warranty, the consumer presents proof of purchase and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer. A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., re-shafting, re-gripping), if and only if, no damage was done as a result of the modification. It is Sweet Spot Golf LLC's sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modification. In this regard, paint chipping is a normal wear and tear process and can best be protected against by the covering of the club with the head cover after each and every usage. Paint chipping is not considered a manufactured defect and cannot be considered covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Our Responsibility. If a defect in a genuine Sweet Spot Golf LLC product appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, Sweet Spot Golf LLC, in its sole discretion, will (1) repair the defect; (2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or (3) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the product is no longer available and repair is not possible upon prompt return of the product to Sweet Spot Golf LLC.

Your Responsibility. If you have warranty questions or wish to obtain warranty service, please contact Sweet Spot Golf LLC at 1-310-720-5137. The consumer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. Sweet Spot Golf LLC will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.

Limitations on Warranties

1) Warranty claims will be handled at Sweet Spot Golf LLC's sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.
2) Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from the date of the purchase not from the repair or replacement date.
3) ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
4) No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
